We are seeking a dedicated and organised Credit Control executive to support the Finance Team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the credit management function, including liaision with customers and internal staff. Duties:

  • Responsible for credit control activities, which would include the following:
  • Manage and maintain debtor's accounts to ensure the accounts are current.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivables closely and ensure timely update of receipts from clients into accounting system.
  • Close liaison with customers to ensure the timely collection of payment.
  • Support any duties with our billing team to ensure in compliance to accounting standards, government regulations, internal policies and credit control policies.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Past experience as a Credit Controller is favourable, preferably in a fast-paced business environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of accounting system experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Professional demeanour and the ability to interact confidently
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and tasks
