Primary Responsibilities:Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
- Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
- Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy
- Contribute creative ideas to build / develop strong regular clientele
Operations
- Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
- Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
- Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions
- Inventory replenishment
- Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand
- Work closely with the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to achieve KPI(s) and for any other store related matters
- Operates POS cash register & handles various payment mode with accuracy
- Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors
Other duties
- Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stocktake exercises)
