Job Description

  • Communicates with customers via phone / face to face to identify and diagnose for demo or technical issues
  • Conduct simply repairs according to the diagnosis
  • Conduct demo of machine operations for customer
  • Knowledge in disassembling and re-assembling of machines according to the manual.
  • Ensure data accuracy when keying into the system for Part ordering or inventory.
  • Ability to respond to customer service requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
  • Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships and exhibiting great customer service.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum NITEC / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in graphic design software and video editing software
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin
  • Technical knowledge/background is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
