Job Scope

  • Assist in raising customer feedback/complaints to respective support department
  • Scanning all documents
  • Ensuring all documentation/contract/approval forms data are accurate before filling work
  • Prepare and print cover letter and labels
  • Any other Ad-hoc admin matters

Requirement

  • Min A Levels and above
  • Keen eye for details is a must
  • Intermediate Computer Skills including MS office suites such as MS Excel and MS Words
