  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Location: Orchard (Walking distance from MRT)
Working Days & Hours: 5 days across Monday to Sunday, 44 hours a week



Job Scope:

Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests

Deliver exceptional front desk services to ensure guest satisfaction

Efficiently assign rooms and handling administrative tasks

Process guest payments with attention to detail and professionalism

Collaborate with bell service and staff management to ensure seamless operations

Serving as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information on hotel facilities and room amenities

Accommodating both general and unique requests to enhance the guest experience

Defusing conflicts or tense situations with guests to maintain a harmonious environment





Additional Information and Requirements:


Preferably candidate with at least 1 year of relevant work experience

Responsible and has pleasant attitude

Immediate availability to commence work will be an advantage
