The Finance Director for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, South East Asia & India (SEAI), is a key leadership role offering significant opportunities for career growth within J&J. Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial business planning and strategic decision-making processes.
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with regional finance teams to drive alignment and performance.
- Lead global and Asia Pacific finance initiatives within the cluster.
- Ensure compliance and manage risk effectively.
- Strong finance expertise with professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, and/or an MBA.
- Proven leadership experience, supported by broad business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for senior leadership.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and high IT literacy.
- Experience in a multinational company; overseas work or study experience is a plus.
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a demonstrated commitment to building a long-term career with Johnson & Johnson, within or beyond finance
