Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in Value Engineering, Strategy Consulting, or Account Sales in cloud computing or technology.
  • Experience managing business executive stakeholders and navigating within their environments.
  • Experience delivering and implementing board-level digital transformation strategies with clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of value selling methodology and processes, opportunities, value chain, and value realization across cloud technology.
  • Understanding of cloud sales and services, and a passion for Google Cloud and AI Platforms.
  • Capable of building a financial model and quantitative/qualitative analysis, including familiarity with various tech investment models (ROI, TCO, and financial benefit).
  • Ability to operate efficiently and effectively with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment.
  • Ability to influence CFO and VP-level finance leadership.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, formal presentation communication, and facilitation skills.

The Solutions Engineering organization in Google Cloud drives the definition, business development, asset creation, enablement, and rollout of industry solutions.

As the Director of Value Creation, you will work with customers and prospects to define the value of a Partnership. You will collaborate with and influence global sales, product, and industry leaders on using these strategies to guide Cloud selling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Value Creation Principals to execute value creation engagements on behalf of Cloud’s most strategic opportunities and accounts.
  • Manage relationships with sales leadership in APAC and set priorities on agreement coverage.
  • Develop business value creation and implementation strategies to support client priorities.
  • Act as a strong cross-functional leader to craft executive-ready business strategies for premiere Cloud partners and clients.
  • Write and publish white papers to articulate Cloud Platform value.
