The Job

  • Provide IT Support: Offer remote and local support for end-user and onsite services, including Service Desk, User Administration, and Desk Side Support.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Handle incident resolutions, problem identification, and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Request & Change Management: Manage service requests and changes while contributing to preventive maintenance and security practices.
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to documenting errors, known workarounds, and improving team efficiency through knowledge sharing.
  • Development and Collaboration: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, cross-functional collaborations, and specialized training to enhance service quality and security.

The Talent

  • Min Diploma in IT with 1-3 years of working experience in IT Field
