Job Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient daily café/ restaurant operations
Enforce standards and safeguard the integrity of the café/ restaurant
Respond to feedback and customer complaints
Achieve profitability through cost control
Manage restaurant liability through HR standards, safety, and security
Maintain high standards of quality control and restaurant hygiene
Train and develop staff
Manage staff and provide feedback
Motivate the team and foster a performance-driven culture
Plan manpower requirements
Ensure sufficient staffing for daily operations (weekly duty roster and daily station plan)
Manage events, including staff briefing, preparation, and execution
Ensure sufficient stock levels for daily operations
Maintain cleanliness
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
