  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary : $13/hour (exclude 1 hour break)

Working hours : Based on 5 days’ work week, 9.5 hours per day (including 1hr break) (Rotating shift and will have to work on Weekend)

Location : Bugis

Responsibilities:

Assist guests from check-in to check-out, utilizing mobile app or kiosk check-in methods.
Encourage guests to engage with the community through the Discover ASR app.
Monitor room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS).
Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and perform bookkeeping activities.
Assist housekeeping with property cleanliness, especially social spaces.
Manage guest preferences and assist in event planning for in-house guests.
Obtain guest feedback to enhance their stay experience.


Job Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent.
Dynamic and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
Passion for entrepreneurial, tech, creative, and collaborative communities.
Knowledgeable about current trends and happenings.
Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and react to guest needs.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and technology.
Exciting skill/talent such as coffee making, bartending, singing, or computer skills are a plus.
Willing to work 5-day shifts, including night shifts.
