The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics and Transformation, HR Operations, HR Partners departments and the People Development and Planning Office.

As a member of the HR Operations department, your day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:

  • Lead the team to develop and review SOPs within scope and exercise independent analysis and judgement when executing the SOPs.
  • Lead the team to conduct random audit of the claims (e.g benefits claims such as fitness subsidy, health screening and dental subsidy while non-benefits claims include overseas air travel and other miscellaneous expenses) and investigate and address the abnormalities.
  • Manage the outsourced claims processing vendor and review the claims reports submitted for reporting purposes.
  • Lead the team and stakeholders to streamline claims related work processes and implement improvements, including system enhancements and changes, or in other ad-hoc projects, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Use technology or data analytics to improve productivity and processes, and support SOPs review.
  • Provide prompt and follow through advisory and customer service to the colleagues and forge closer partnership with the stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects, where necessary.

Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Meticulous, responsible, and detail oriented.
  • High level of initiative, independent with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably to have experience in leading a team, conducting process review, developing SOPs and some knowledge of common productivity tools which can aid digitalisation efforts
  • Team player and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
