  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Details:

Salary: $12 per hour (Tax Admin); $13.45 per hour (Call Centre Officer)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 830am - 5pm
Location: Novena
Contract Duration: Immediate - end December (Renewable depend on performance and business needs)

Call Centre Duties:


Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the helpline
Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations


Tax Admin Duties:

Address taxpayers' enquiries via emails
Query taxpayers for documentary proof of claims
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
