3) Manage inventory of dental consumables – Ensure no losses of small instruments

1) Responsible for the reception of all visitors, patients and callers to the clinic and to create a professional and welcoming image for the clinic.
2) Perform the booking of appointments for patients.
3) Responsible for gathering patient feedback forms and handling patient feedback.
4) Responsible for updating patient information and sending reminder for dental treatment.
5) Prepare, manage and monitor cases being sent to and received from the lab(s).
6) Perform cashiering duties of Submission of CHAS, Medisave and other Insurance Claims to relevant channels.
7) Prior experience in using Clinic Assist.
8) Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.
Job Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least "N"/ "O" Levels qualification.
2) 5.5 work day week and must commit to weekday nights and one weekend
3) Basic computer skills for front desk duties.
4) Good communication skills.
5) Able to start work immediately
