Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure seamless functioning.
Maintain smooth workflow across all workstations throughout the day.
Uphold company standards, SOP and ensuring staff work towards daily targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping environment aligned with our brand image.
Manage store inventory, promptly notifying management of low stock levels.
Train and facilitate the integration of new employees.
Act as a key liaison between the office and store, collaborating closely with management for effective store operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in fashion retail as a retail manager.
Passion for the retail industry, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities.
Service-oriented, hands-on, with adept customer handling skills.
Independent yet a team player, possessing a pleasant personality. A self-motivated learner with high initiative and a willingness to grow.
Ability to adapt to changes and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills, preferably with knowledge of e-commerce.
