Job Objectives/Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, he/she is expected to coordinate, develop and implement project plan. Allocate and manager project resources according to the approved plan. Lead and motivate the project team. Analyse the actual performance against the project target. Develop close rapport with the customers, work and co-ordinate closely with customer before and during project implementation.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
  • Assemble, coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Attend site meeting with main contractor, consultant, architect and client.
  • Monitoring and follow up construction progress and progress claims.
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of project.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 to 8 years working experience or 3 years in similar capacity.
  • Must have comprehension for written or verbal graphic instructions.
  • Must possess good troubleshooting skills.
  • Have excellent problem solving skills.
  • Must be a good monitor and decision maker.
  • Good team player and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure with high initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
