Duties

Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience
Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services
Perform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliation
Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or products
Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by the management and Airport police
Responsible for store cleanliness and image
Any other duties as assigned by management

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences)

Familiarity with POS system will be on an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
Ability to converse in basic English
Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
Able to carry up to 25kg luggage
