  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, store organisation, and cleanliness.
Source, hire, onboard new employees, and coach for performance while addressing grievances.
Build a positive store culture that fosters teamwork and plan shifts for optimal staffing.
Champion service excellence by training employees to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain quality control.
Drive sales and marketing initiatives, manage the store budget, and organise training to enhance employees' skills and product knowledge.

Salary & Remuneration:

Basic Salary from $3000 - $3300 (depending on work exp)

Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in the service industry with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar store managerial role
Leadership experience in store operations, building effective teams and coaching for performance
Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting
Knowledge of local employment regulations, health and safety standards
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Willingness to engage in shift work (weekends & PH)
