JOB SUMMARY:
Service crew prepare and serve food, process customer payments, and provide customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
• Order taking and preparing drinks and starters according to customer's order
• Top up self-service counter and ensure sufficient supply throughout the operations
• Clear and clean tables for operation turnovers
• Prepare sushi ingredient and daily Mise-en-place
• Ensure sushi are sufficient for sales and display
• Prepare food according to SOP
• Prepare daily Mise-en-place and ensure proper serving of hot food
Maintain inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and handling of food items.
Operate kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain workplace cleanliness
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
