We are an M&E firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as M&E Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of M&E projects from initiation to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
· Prepare Bills of Quantity
· Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
· Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
· Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
· Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
· Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
· Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
· Carry out contract administration duties
REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
· Be able to take instructions and work independently
· Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
· Able to work well in a team
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Tender & Contracts: 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction Electrical: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Specialist Diploma in M&E Co-ordination is recognised by BCA (Preferred)
