  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Ensure the Company’s IT policy is regularly updated and followed.
  • Provide daily IT support to end-users within the company.
  • Offer IT support for vessels through remote tools or onsite visits when necessary.
  • Support and maintain normal IT server operations for both the company and vessels.
  • Manage and update the inventory of office hardware.
  • Administer the Company’s Marine ERP systems.
  • Ensure regular backups and replication for ERP systems and office servers.
  • Collaborate with other business units to address new technological needs or enhance existing technologies for improved functionality and efficiency.
  • Arrange or conduct IT training for new users or technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Explore and implement new software/hardware, standards, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational goals.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors as required.

Requirement (Mandatory):

  • Min 3 years of experience in IT support within a shipping or vessel company.
