Key Responsibilities


About the Role

This position will be leading the Digital and Automation practice along with Business Analyst and RPA developers for delivering end-to-end solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool (such as UiPath), SharePoint and Microsoft Power platform to digitize and/or digitalize business operations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Technology Business Partner and Business Units, Functional teams to understand existing operation processes and challenges to assess areas for automation as improvement opportunity
  • Gather and review requirements and To-Be process mapping and solution design.
  • Conduct initial cost assessment to develop budget plan and track spending as part of cost management
  • Lead the end-to end project delivery with the support of functions teams like BA and developers, supporting vendors to ensure end-to-end project delivery on time, within budget and with quality
  • Function as RPA/Automation Office to review and prioritise requests, manage, track, monitor and report progress to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with 3rd party vendors for support and close monitoring on vendor performance in meeting service level agreements
  • Manage licenses and administer the UiPath Orchestrator and robots across different Business Units
  • Identify best practices and continuous improvement for automation implementations
  • Develop strategy and charter roadmap on RPA adoption and development in SATS
  • Contribute to promoting awareness and adoption RPA practice across SATS entities
  • Conduct procurement exercise (ie. RFP/RFQ, proposal evaluation, award) and management approvals with support from SATS Procurement
  • Ensure conformance to SATS governance and processes

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent Information Technology disciplines
  • At least 4 years of Business and / or Systems Analyst or IT Project Management experiences
  • Proven experience in analyzing business requirement and process mapping
  • Proven record of RPA implementation
  • Experience in engaging and managing project, vendors and stakeholders
  • Have experience in leading team of developers and business analysts
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on working experience in RPA or Microsoft Power platform project development and programming training
  • Knowledge or experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous
  • Possess analytical, systems analysis and solutioning skills
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for different level of stakeholders management
  • Able to work independently and interact and work effectively across functional teams and different levels within the organization
