about the role

The Contract Assistant will be a member of the Finance department and report

directly to the Contract Administration Lead. The position is responsible to

manage contract administration and assist the finance department with Ad hoc

projects as requested.

what you’ll do

  • Manage contract administration for all of True Search globally
  • Follow guidelines and matrix put in place by management for contract administration; Escalate matters outside of guidelines
  • Assist Partners and Principals with negotiating and finalizing terms with clients
  • Review, interpret and analyze NDAs as requested
  • Work closely with Search Operations and Finance teams including the billing department to ensure information is entered correctly for invoicing purposes
  • Open all search projects in Salesforce and Thrive and properly document any changes after contract is executed
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Assist finance department with Ad hoc projects as requested (EX: external audits, program clean up, checks/balances, invoicing comparisons, etc)

  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Contract and/or legal experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively within aggressive deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and ethics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to quickly analyze situations and recommend solutions
  • Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Docs and Mac
  • Experience with Salesforce and Conga a plus
  • Results oriented
