Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Assistance:
Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Assist in building a talent pipeline and engaging with potential candidates.
Ensure job postings are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.

Social Media Marketing:
Create, curate, and schedule content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor and engage with followers to increase online presence.
Develop creative ideas for campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Inspirative content creation to garner an increase of exposure for our team and potential candidate sourcing.

Requirements:
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools is a plus.
