Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's operational efficiency to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of the business, including financial performance, customer support, contract management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
  • Track and report on key financial metrics (e.g., pipeline, TCV, revenue) to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare monthly business reports for executive leadership.
  • Manage customer invoicing and collections to minimize outstanding payments.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations, including time sheeting, resource utilization, and customer support.
  • Implement and maintain efficient business processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
  • Customer Support:
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and external support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Management:
  • Develop and manage contracts with customers and partners.
  • Provide legal and commercial advice to the product and engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of work experience, including at least 5 years in strategy and operations roles within a SaaS or software company.
  • MBA preferred with a focus on IT.
  • Strong understanding of software and services business models, financial management, and customer support operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.
  • Experience in handling customer and vendor contracts, including NDAs and various agreement types.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of ITIL is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
