The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a German-Swiss MNC Equipment Manufacturer, and we are looking for a experienced Customer Service Representative (Aerospace) to join their business! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, with experienced in Order Processing or Sales Coordination to handle customers' order fulfilment needs and feedback.

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: Pandan Avenue, near Clementi
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
  • Salary: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

  • Manage customer orders for parts and repair units, ensuring efficient processing and delivery.
  • Oversee the Turn Around Time (TAT) for repairs, monitor and follow up on sales and purchase orders, and handle customer complaints with effective solutions.
  • Administer retrofit and warranty processes, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Serve as the liaison between departments such as Workshop, Logistics, and QA regarding customer orders.
  • Provide on-call support for urgent issues (e.g., Aircraft On Ground, AOG) if required, and work to reduce un-invoiced activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The Talent:

  • Min A Level Holder.
  • Prior related experience in Aerospace related industry.
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Capable of working independently and professionally, demonstrating responsibility and autonomy.
