Job Purpose
Receive stock from suppliers.
Organize and itemize received stock.
Allocate stock to stores based on entitlement.
Facilitate inter-store transfers.
Maintain pricing records and execute revisions.

Key Task
Verify accuracy of incoming stock against invoices or purchase orders.
Organize and categorize received stock for distribution to stores according to entitlement criteria.
Obtain pattern codes for new designs.
Monitor distribution reports and oversee inter-store transfers on a weekly basis.
Liaise with dispatchers to ensure timely delivery of stock to retail stores.
Manage healthy inventory levels within agreed targets.
Record and update prices for individual product lines.
Generate and distribute new price tags to retail stores or exhibition promptly following price changes.
Conduct stock counts before and after exhibitions, ensuring alignment with stock lists.
Manage trade-ins and handle sales returns efficiently.
Prepare invoices for submission to Medius and notify finance for payment processing.
Coordinate repair and plating work for assigned product lines, ensuring timely return of items from external suppliers.
Manage the recall of aging stock for melting and issue out stock as needed.
Conduct stock takes to reconcile physical stock with system records.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement


Know basic Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
Have prior experience in gold jewellery is a added advantage
Candidates with prior experience will be considered for senior position.
