Job Responsibilities

· Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

· Assist in preparation of employment contracts, company letters.

· Assist in managing employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Contribute and assist in organizing company events.

· Cover reception duties in the absence of receptionist

· Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirement

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Proactive and eagerness to learn.

· Prior administrative experience in HR will be advantageous

· Able to commence immediately or on short notice.
