The Role

Monitors, identifies, investigates and analyzes all response activities related to cybersecurity incidents within an organization. Identifies security flaws and vulnerabilities; responds to cybersecurity incidents, conducts threat analysis as directed and addresses detected incidents. Evaluates event flows to identify common risks and vulnerabilities to develop and implement solutions. Assists with security audits, risk analysis, network forensics and penetration testing. Provides assistance in monitoring the security of all designated networks and systems. Prepares detailed incident reports and technical briefs for the IT security team.


Who You Are

Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, technical expertise in IT systems, and experience with incident management tools like ICD. ITIL certification is required, along with a strong ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and drive process improvements. Proven experience in managing high-pressure situations and escalations is essential.

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT service management or incident management roles is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing incidents in large, complex environments is required.
  • Familiarity with coordinating between technical and business teams.
  • ITIL Certified
