Develop 0 to 1 Strategy & Operation plan for cross boarder e- commerce business within Asia Cluster to serve 680M Asia consumer’s rapidly evolving needs in a highly digitalized world with best Bayer Solution。

Develop 0 to 1 Strategy & Operation plan for cross boarder e- commerce business within Asia Cluster to serve 680M Asia consumer’s rapidly evolving needs in a highly digitalized world with best Bayer Solution。
Your Role & Responsibilties
- Define CEBE portfolio & route to market & key enablers, i.e distributors, customers.
- Develop & Execute plan differentiate with other e-c Key accounts & offline to achieve Key financial KPIs.
- Lead distributor management, own the strategic partnership with both customers and partners. Manage sell in, sell out, offtake and inventory; managing P&I planning, reimbursement, tracking and review; manage trade terms, contract and document for business.
- Identify business opportunities, strategy& ideas to deliver the overall business objective; Demand forecast, sales plan, execution and review.
- Data mining and consumer understanding. Deal with business data on different platforms/countries to identify business trend, consumer
- Identify new channel & portfolio opportunity. Explore new business opportunity with expanding business to new platforms, new stores, new models with external partners to find new growth engine.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Strong business acumen, +5years e-commerce working experience with cross board experience, particularly experience in managing capable cross boarder distributors & enablers.
- Working experience in FMCG MNC with multi-platform management role is preferred. Well understand the distributor & Enabler relation & Capability
- Multi- markets knowledge & experience in Asia is preferred
- Strategic thinking, ability to identify opportunity, prioritize and deprioritize. Savy in utilizing data to identify & plan business operation plan
- Strong ownership on resulting driving and strong capability on planning, engaging, execution and tracking.
- Independent, Effective working in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Strong ability in building trust and influencing to both internal and external partners.
- Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
