We are expanding our team and are looking for ambitious, bold individuals with an eye for detail to join us. As Marketing Manager, you will be on the forefront of pioneering real solutions through the most impactful and creative ways.

Responsibilities

Channel Management

Maintain overview of key marketing channels within budget and performance

Propose and implement changes when needed to meet business objectives, specifically on the following channels:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Collaborate with SEO specialists and relevant media outlets to ensure strategies are effectively driving organic growth
  • Google Adwords: Hand on approach in implementing campaigns, track results and optimise for performance
  • Social Media Ads: Hand on approach in implementing campaigns, track results and optimise for performance

Cross Department Collaboration

  • Work with other departments (Culinary, Operations, Servicing) on the planning and execution of new menu, marketing campaigns, product launches and seasonal projects

Responsible for quarterly Key Consumer Metrics

  • Maintain an overview of key consumer metrics (customer lifetime value, frequency of order, average order ticket, consumer segment profiling)
  • Implement marketing campaigns, outreach and promotions to drive growth for key metrics

Communications

  • Create compelling marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to menus, mailers, promotional posters, articles
  • Planning and execution of photoshoots for menu, product launches, e-commerce visuals and content creation

Brand Building

  • Manage social calendars across all brands, working with key partners to increase brand value and trustworthiness
  • Increasing brand awareness and brand recall by implementing content marketing strategies

Client Care

Adopt a hospitable mindset of going above and beyond for clients to achieve the highest satisfaction in a high intensity and fast paced environment.

  • Work with Servicing, Culinary and Operations to manage crisis and address concerns
  • Release communications and setup alternative sales channels when necessary to ensure orders are not disrupted

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communications or related, preferably in e-Commerce or F&B field
  • Management experience
  • Proven experience in branding, consumer marketing, digital marketing
  • Proven capability to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Analytical, results-orientated, and highly organised
  • Able to work independently while maintaining constant communications and positive attitude
  • Past experience working in a startup would be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
