We are seeking an HR Manager with a strong analytical and data-driven
mindset. Royal Greyhound has recently undergone a Digital Transformation project and has
implemented a digital HR platform. This individual will take a leadership role for
the HR team (currently 4 staff) and also provide strategic recommendations to the Head of
Operations.


Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators
(KPIs), such as employee turnover, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire. Provide regular
reports and insights to senior management.
HR Metrics Management: Establish and monitor HR metrics, ensuring they align
with business goals. Drive improvements based on quantitative analysis.
Target Achievement: Set and achieve targets related to recruitment, retention, and
other HR functions. Use data to forecast trends and make informed decisions.
Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategies for workforce planning,
ensuring alignment with the company’s financial and operational targets.
Compensation & Benefits Analysis: Conduct market research to ensure
compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry
standards.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement
improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness, supported by data-driven
insights.
Budget Management: Oversee the HR department's budget, ensuring
cost-effectiveness while meeting targets. Track and report on budgetary
performance.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all HR policies and practices are in
compliance with legal requirements, minimizing risk to the company. The HR
Manager will be the primary contact to Government Regulatory bodies and our main
client PSA International.
