Job scope:

 Partner with Businesses to manage the employee life cycle from talent acquisition to exit management, including but not limited to, identifying, and activating best and cost-efficient recruitment channels (social media, job boards, internet sourcing, etc.), conducting interviews and preparing offers proposal and execution.

 Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies, staffing firms and schools to manage the procurement and performance measurement process.

 Create and maintain employee contracts.

 Work with external vendors to conduct background check for the new joiners.

 Conduct employee orientation and induction as part of a suite of onboarding activities to support employee retention.

 Be the designated Recruitment TMS Super User to manage and update requisition.

 Partner with institutions to hire for interns and organize career fair.

 Organized intern’s engagement activity. HRIS and Benefits Administration.

HRIS and Benefits Administration:

 Be the designated SAP Super User to manage, update and maintain employee’s personal data and benefits. Be accountable for accuracy and up to date of data entered in the HR system.


 Responsible for work pass renewal.

This Role is expected to:

 Deliver performance against specified HR KPIs and service levels and monitor self-performance and seek ways to continuously improve standards.

 Create relevant reports (as required) and their associated analysis and presentation.

 Assist internal or external audits and ensure that working practice in HR is following standard operating policies for ensuring compliance with local and regional legislative requirements.
 Support HR engagement/welfare activities.
