Job Description:
Point of contact for employee’s inquiries and assist them on HR-related matters
Plan and organize strategies that improves the staff morale and happiness, conduct surveys and counselling as needed
Attendance checking for all outlet employees
Compile all OT calculations and monthly variable bonus calculations
Prepare & process monthly payroll, CPF, claims and reports
Process Income Tax submissions for IR21 and IR8A
Plan and implement training programs; administer the training and grant matters, coordination or enrolment of courses, update & maintain training records, etc
Administer pay-related leave matters, insurance claims & business grants
Medical claim tracking and reimbursement
Apply, issue and renew passes for foreign workers
Manage job descriptions, job postings, screen candidates and conduct interviews
Administer all relevant paperwork for employees including employment contracts, onboarding forms, uniform deposits and entry of information into HRIS System
Prepare documents for MOM surveys and Work Right Inspections
Prepare employment contract, promotion, termination & disciplinary action letter etc
Manage employee P-file and data maintenance
Manage all office administration matters
Maintain records and compile reports such as recruitment, attendance, leave, etc
Any other ad-hoc duties required
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years working as HR preferably in the F&B industry
Good knowledge of MS Office & employment law, HR Policies, and best practices
Able to multi-task and have good time management and ability in meeting tight datelines
