We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our HR team. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President (HR), this position will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives and implementing best practices to support the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Payroll & Attendance

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records, addressing discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.

HR Operations

  • Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related operational challenges.

HR Information System

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Provide training and support to employees and managers on HRIS usage.

Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and development.
  • Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations and conducting performance reviews.

HR Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop insightful reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Office Admin

  • Oversee general administrative functions, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.

Staff Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and recognition programs.

HR Projects

  • Lead and contribute to various HR projects, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational change management.
  • Ensure successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minium 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on the specified responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
