What You Will Be Working On

Our Human Resource Employer Branding team plays a pivotal role in shaping the identity and perception of CPF Board as an employer of choice. By strategically crafting and communicating our employer brand, this team cultivates a compelling narrative that resonates with current and potential employees, showcasing our authentic and unique culture, values, and opportunities. As our Intern, you will help to drive our mission to be an employer of choice, empowering us to attract, retain, and inspire exceptional talent.

In This Role, You Will

  • Conceptualise, develop, and curate engaging content for CPF Board's social media channels, and showcase the company's culture, values, achievements, and employee experiences. Monitor and manage social media channels professionally, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
  • Develop comprehensive Employer Branding guidelines and messaging frameworks for all communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with CPF Board’s unique identity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Corporate Communications to ensure visual and written elements align with branding guidelines and reflect the company's identity, while aligning employer branding efforts with overall corporate communication strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor practices, and employee perceptions, refining and strengthening the employer brand positioning.
  • Support talent communication and employer branding initiatives, leverage Canva for designing communications, assist in executing employee engagement and LinkedIn publicity activities, and collaborate with the team on social media plans and posts for activities and campaigns, while also providing assistance in administrative and ad-hoc projects for the EB Team.

  • Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling and promoting employer brands.
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing branding guidelines and messaging frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimise branding strategies.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.


Position is on a full-time internship basis from Jan – May 2025.
