Tata Consultancy Services TCS Xplore Programme

With over 300 associates onboarded, the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Xplore Programme provides a 6-month structured training to equip you with the most advanced technologies for Software Development within the industry. You will get the opportunity to work across a myriad of industries, push boundaries and work with a diverse group of people, ensuring successful project deliveries.

You will get to:

Kick start with a 6-month training programme . After the programme, you will assign to a project to embark your career with TCS.

• Keep abreast with the latest technologies and skillsets during structured training.
• Learn from mentors during on-job-training to gain industry exposure.
• Participate in activities beyond the programme to deepen engagement with the organisation and the society.

Who are we looking for?

• Only Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
• Possess a diploma/bachelor’s degree (Dec 2021 - Dec 2024)
• Open to all field of studies*
• Candidates who are available to start on the End Dec or Early January.
• Keen interest in pursuing a career in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) landscape.
• Eager to learn attitude and commitment to progress in the IT industry.
