Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Management:

Assist the Head Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.


Food Preparation:

Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in the kitchen, with a focus on seafood dishes.
Team Leadership:

Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to the restaurant's standards and policies. Provide training and mentorship to junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Quality Control:

Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's rigorous quality checks.

Inventory and Stock Control:

Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the kitchen is stocked with fresh ingredients. Monitor and control food costs.
- **Operational Efficiency:** Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted efficiently and smoothly, especially during peak hours.
- **Customer Satisfaction:** Address any customer concerns regarding food quality or preparation, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Event Support Assist in the preparation and execution of special events, private dining, and seasonal promotions.
