  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an E-Commerce Associate, you will be responsible for tasks related to online sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Managing Online Listings: Creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms
Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns and exchanges

Order Processing: Ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing inventory records.
Sales Analytics: Analysing sales data to identify trends, track performance, and develop strategies for growth.
Marketing Support: Assisting with online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media efforts.
Website Maintenance: Helping to ensure the website is functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing/business information technology or any related field
Min. 2 years experience in an e-commerce role
Experience in Shopify is a must
Basic coding skills in HTML, and CSS3 is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
A flair for words and good copywriting skills with a keen eye for good style and design
Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
