Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce website.
Set and adjust product prices, apply discounts, and oversee promotional campaigns.
Monitor and process online orders, ensuring they are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Manage online payment gateways and resolve payment issues to ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders.
Work with the Logistics team to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Redmart, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, content management systems, and analytics tools.
At least 3 years of experience in a related position.
Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is essential.
Ability to innovate and generate new ideas.
Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and self-discipline are crucial, along with experience in web merchandising, retailing, market analysis, and website management.
