Position Title

Sales Executive (SIN)

Reports To

Country Manager Singapore / Manila

Key Accountability

  • To assist in all sales activities and provide personalized service to travel agents e.g., 80 agents and execute strategies to meet the targeted revenue.
  • To prepare sales presentations, proposals and other documents regarding products and promotions prepared by Revenue Management and sell to travel agents and prospective clients including product briefings conduction.
  • To monitor the sales performance of travel agents, by providing service and support related to FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and groups movement
  • To participate actively in travel trade and consumer fairs.
  • To monitor market trends and collect insights regarding OALs (Other Airlines) strategy and analyse sales data from Business Intelligence and perform quarterly review with all account coverage.
  • To be liaison between Travel Trade and relevant Malaysia Airlines Business Unit (revenue management, airport operation and customer service) in resolving problems arise from daily operation.
  • To develop and strengthen networking with the key decision makers within the Travel Agencies, including organizing MH related events and activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field..
  • Degree - minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the corporate sector in Singapore.
  • Diploma - minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the corporate sector in Singapore.

Area of Experience

  • Strong understanding of the Singapore market and corporate sector, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
