Reporting to Head of HR, the Executive support the HR functions of DPH in the areas of recruitment and employee engagement.

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process by updating job descriptions, posting vacancies online, scheduling interviews, and conducting background/reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters, coordinate new-employee onboarding programs, and announce new hires.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative tasks.
  • Engage with government authorities for relevant funding, grants, and support initiatives.
  • Compile recruitment reports and statistics.
  • Address employees’ queries on various HR-related matters.
  • Participate in statutory and ad-hoc surveys.
  • Assist with HR-related audits.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles preferably in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
