AV and VC System support:

  • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of all Al/ system and VC systems, equipment listed in Appendix A (to be given during the site show round) and any additional AV and or VC equipment added from time to time.
  • Carry out daily checks on AV and VC system and equipment to ensure they are in working condition with priority checks for meetings and event held in Seminar and Boardroom.
  • Attend to all requests, queries, feedback, and complaints pertaining to AV and VC system and
  • Provide technical advice and operational support for audio visual requirements.
  • Respond to complaints and faults reported by user and faults detected during routine servicing and maintenance. The AV Technician shall immediately investigate the cause of the faults, make recommendations for the repair required and promptly rectify them.

Event Support

  • Manage meeting room booking and event set-up support efficiency and effectively on behalf of the Authority.
  • Attend to all requests, queries, feedback, and complaints pertaining to room booking and event setup. advise staff on the appropriate venue and layout to use for their event, parking and delivery instructions for food catering, and pre-registration of attendance with landlord for fast clearance to event venue.
  • Manage with AV Technician for AV support and room setup, inform ten lady on any beverage request and cleaner to ensure general cleaning carry out before and after the event.
  • I send post event survey to gather feedback from staff and the service rendered by IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) or event support.
  • Provide monthly report on number of events and feedback received.
  • Any other work necessary for effective operations of the Property or as directed by the Authority or its representatives
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology or higher NITEC with at least 3 years' audio-visual field experience and related event operations experience, with good customer relations skills.
  • Must have relevant working experience in operating the AV and VC system and equipment of the Property. These include troubleshooting, working with AV equipment, and using technology like projection and video conferencing tools.
  • Must be familiar with the various Video Conferencing platforms such as Webex, Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams. The candidate must possess Microsoft Office skills to do reporting, data collation and presentation.
