As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements while ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management including scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
  • Utilize expert proficiency in Program and Project Management to drive successful outcomes.
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards.
  • Leverage expertise in Business Process Design, M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), and M&A Technology Integration to lead technology and business initiatives.
  • Drive change management, communication strategies, and requirements analysis across the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of systems and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Program/Project Management with expert proficiency in leading large-scale projects.
  • Experience with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with KYC system functionalities, such as Detica or NetReveal, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong background in System Implementation Project Management, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, drive discussions, and deliver concise management updates.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, maintaining a clear focus on project delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
