  • Position Title: Operations Supervisor/ Operations Manager
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $8,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor daily business operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate business procedures regularly and implement necessary improvements.
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets for profitability.
  • Analyze data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
  • Handle conflicts or complaints from customers and employees promptly.
  • Generate reports and present information to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful implementation of business strategy, services, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project closure to distil best practices and ensure lessons learned are logged.
  • Provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, and resource forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal rules.
  • Undertake any other operational duties as assigned by management.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the process sector or instrumentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in leading a team is a must.
