Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Photocopiers Supplier
• Position Title: HR Executive (Payroll)
• Working Location: East – Aljunied (Require takes 3 bus stops from Aljunied MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 5.30 pm; Every Sat 8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire range of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Manage the quarterly processes for salary reviews, bonuses, and promotions.
• Oversee the HRMS software for payroll, CPF submissions, income tax, leave, and claims administration.
• Utilize and manage various job portals to meet hiring needs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records are up-to-date.

• Min. 2 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Must have experience in Payroll
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a preference for familiarity with HR systems
• Familiar with SMARTHRMS/Timesoft software
• Being able to start work on short notice will be a plus
