We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-commerce Specialist with proven experience managing and optimizing e-commerce operations on platforms like Shopee and Lazada and Amazon global , as well as managing our own website. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management: Manage and optimize our online stores on Shopee , Lazada and Amazon Global to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Website Management: Oversee and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

Product Listings: Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions, images, and pricing.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels across all online platforms to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Data Analysis: Track and analyse key performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making. Use data to optimize product listings, ad campaigns, and website performance.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing reviews and ratings.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all online channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing e-commerce operations on Shopee and Lazada and Amazon.

Proven experience in website management, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in e-commerce software and platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Qoo10).

Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
