The Role

Surbana Jurong are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead - Singapore to drive and manage the recruitment efforts across our Infrastructure & Energy, Buildings & Cities, and Integrated Solutions portfolios. The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition specialists to:

• collaborate with hiring managers/leaders to attract the best talent into our business.
• understand each function’s demand plan/forecast to support vacancy load and capacity management.
• leverage a range of reactive/proactive sourcing channels to engage candidates to run a successful end-to-end selection process, advising stakeholders on most suitable approaches and outcomes.
• address recruitment challenges with creative solutions.
• look for ways to continually improve the recruitment process, identifying enhancement opportunities, building talent pools and experiment with improvement candidates experience
• use data insights/market trends to help hiring managers/leaders to understand recruitment challenges and opportunities, and to share outcomes and success, with a clear focus on reducing frontline attrition and improving the candidate experience.
• commit to fostering diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process

Collaboration is essential; the candidate will work with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to implement best practices aligned with organisational goals. They will also partner with People & Culture experts to ensure compliance with governance standards to ultimately support Surbana Jurong’s mission and values.

• effective in cross-functional collaboration and relationship management, with strong consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• able to drive effective leadership and people management to gain optimal performance of team members to ensure successful delivery of the company strategy.
• a culture magnet who can bring people together and create an environment of trust, fun and hard work.
• across industry standards, legislation, and market trends, alongside in-depth understanding of recruitment policies and practices.
