INTERN (PROJECTS & VENUES)

The Intern (Projects & Venues) will work closely and assist the Manager (Projects & Venues) in supporting the operational and production needs of projects and programmes. This will be done through two aspects, namely, Venue Management and Project Logistics & Production Management. This is a remunerated position.

Requirements:
- Able to commit to a minimum 3-month full-time internship. Interns who can commit up to 5 or 6 months are preferred.
- Currently a Polytechnic or University student, or graduate of a similar institutional level.
Important Attributes:
- Knowledge and understanding of the arts industry and/or social care sector
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Has creativity, willingness to learn and eagerness to grow
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and tasks as this is a growing company
- Enjoys working in a small - midsize team, independently and collaboratively
- Reliable and takes ownership of assigned work
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
