INTERN (PROJECTS & VENUES)

The Intern (Projects & Venues) will work closely and assist the Manager (Projects & Venues) in supporting the operational and production needs of projects and programmes. This will be done through two aspects, namely, Venue Management and Project Logistics & Production Management. This is a remunerated position.

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to a minimum 3-month full-time internship. Interns who can commit up to 5 or 6 months are preferred.
  • Currently a Polytechnic or University student, or graduate of a similar institutional level.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Has creativity, willingness to learn and eagerness to grow
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and tasks as this is a growing company
  • Enjoys working in a small - midsize team, independently and collaboratively
  • Reliable and takes ownership of assigned work
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
