  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage M&E fit-out projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Handle addition and alteration works on-site.
  • Manage electrical systems.
  • Site supervision: Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety, and regulations.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and verify as-built drawings for accuracy.
  • Supervise installation of M&E services.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, addition and alteration works, M&E services, and site supervision.
  • Knowledge of electrical installation of M&E services on-site.
  • Own transportation is required.
