Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage M&E fit-out projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Handle addition and alteration works on-site.
- Manage electrical systems.
- Site supervision: Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety, and regulations.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and verify as-built drawings for accuracy.
- Supervise installation of M&E services.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, addition and alteration works, M&E services, and site supervision.
- Knowledge of electrical installation of M&E services on-site.
- Own transportation is required.
