Roles & Responsibilities

Grout Shield Singapore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor cum Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and coordinate site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.

* Manage and supervise a team of foreign workers.

* Inspect and maintain equipment and materials, ensuring they are in proper working condition.

* Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites daily.

* Assist with site preparation, including clearing the area and setting up necessary equipment.

* Monitor project progress and report any issues or concerns to the project manager.

* Able to commit 6 working days per week

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or renovation management.

* Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
